As an Assistant Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering these relationships and contributing to our success.
What You'll Do- Welcome & Assist:
Greet and sign in showroom visitors, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they enter. - Support the Team:
Help our Account Managers by facilitating the sales process, managing payments, updating order statuses, and answering inquiries. - Showcase Pro Source:
Explain the benefits of Pro Source to prospective clients (trade professionals and homeowners) and invite them to explore our showroom. - Schedule Tours:
Arrange appointments for showroom tours with potential new members. - Update Displays:
Keep the showroom floor fresh and inviting by updating product displays and pricing. - Maintain Excellence:
Work with the sales manager to ensure a consistent, top-notch customer experience and keep the showroom in pristine condition.
- Education:
High School diploma or GED. - Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. - Interest in Design: A background or interest in Interior Design is a plus.
- Numerical Savvy:
Ability to understand and communicate numerical data, including discounts and commissions. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a general understanding of technology, including mobile devices and internet searches.
