Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who can create memorable customer experiences, drive sales, and support our mobile technology solutions team. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, reporting to the Store Manager and collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager and other specialists.
Responsibilities- Explain and demonstrate product capabilities and offer suggestions based on customer wants and needs.
- Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention.
- Assist with the opening/closing of the retail environment.
- Properly handle cash.
- Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos.
- Support fellow sales agents when needed.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Cox products and competitor offerings by participating in regular training.
- May be required to work in other locations within the same geographic area.

Qualifications – Minimum- High school diploma, GED, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to meet sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to sell using a consultative, solutions-based approach.
- Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a service-oriented team environment.
- Mobile within the store for long periods of time to greet customers and demonstrate products.
- Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and accessories.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds to manage stockroom inventory.
- Some college, focus in sales, business, or management.
- One year of experience in sales, retail, or related service industry.
- Experience selling Wireless/Mobile products.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
