Location:

Best Buy 395 - Pensacola, FL 32504. Pay: $16.50 per hour, up to 15 hours per week, primarily Saturday and Sunday. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

HP and 2020 Companies partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate. In this role you will assist in driving sales and creating excitement around the HP brand. You will demonstrate products, tailor demonstrations, build rapport with customers, maintain relationships with store management, train store associates, keep displays presentable, and report insights.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report competitive insights.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Stable weekly schedule; next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay;
Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability; paid online training; $25 per month technology reimbursement; representation of an environmentally friendly company.
