Salary and Compensation

Hourly wage is $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and may need to stand for long periods of time.

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Process payments and provide receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist customers with questions and special requests.
