Your job may involve moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. This fast‑paced, physically demanding role is like a paid workout!

• Unload trucks promptly.
• Assist fellow associates throughout the store.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Providing member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
• Assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Resolving member issues and concerns and promoting the company's products and services.
• Conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintaining sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company policies.
• Monitoring food and merchandise quality, ensuring product rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards.
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Completing work assignments and priorities through collaboration with managers, co‑workers, and customers.
• Ensuring club pick‑up orders are filled and staged correctly.
