Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador works across all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Team members carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, procedures, and compliance, and foster a safe, positive environment for members and coworkers.

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick, verify, and package orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and keep the staging area neat, clean, and organized.
• Communicate inventory issues, expired or short‑dated items, and replenishment needs to the club team.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club operations and meet productivity KPIs.
• Securely package orders and conduct general housekeeping, including trash removal and damaged goods handling.
• Process returns via DDR or Membership desk and maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Maintain attendance and work flexibility, including working in other departments as needed.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big‑box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Prior RF scanner experience preferred.

• Work involves continuous movement on hard surfaces, frequent bending, climbing, crawling, and pulling of loads up to 30 pounds.
• May require lifting and moving heavy objects over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Work is performed in a comfortable, loud environment with machinery; occasional exposure to temperature extremes and approved cleaning agents.

The starting salary for this position is $16.25 per hour. Actual salaries may vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
