Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, securing items, and handling out-of-stock follow-up;
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member's needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues;
Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to meet membership goals;
Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards, forklift procedures, hazard handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
