Part-Time Custodial Associate_Pensacola Thrift

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Waterfront Thrift Store Management Team, the Custodial Associate ensures the store is clean at all times in accordance with the guidelines listed below.

Education/

Experience:

Oneor more years related experience and/or training in area of maintenance and/or commercial cleaning.

Must have the ability to form effective working relationships with supervisors, clients, other staff members and thepublic.

• Ensures the sidewalk and parking lot are free of weeds and debris.
• Ensures all glass is clean andfree of fingerprints.
• Performs high and low dusting.
• Keeps restrooms stocked at alltimes.
• Ensure restrooms are clean andin good working order.
• Report items in need of repairto Store Manager or Manager on Duty.
• Empty trash cans throughout thestore.
• Report low inventory of store supplies.
• Ensure great customer serviceat all times. Greet all customer entering the store and any that come within 5 feet.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures per WRM guidelines.
• Use wet floor cones in mopped locations.
• Practice the established rulesfor ladder safety.
• Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisoror other Mission management.
