Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly while addressing questions and concerns;
Support store operations and shopping environment, including current sales initiatives and guest relationships;
Process guest purchases and returns using the Point-of-Sale system accurately and professionally;
Assist Store Manager with training, coaching, and onboarding of store associates in policies and procedures;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence and help meet sales, profit, and shrink goals
