• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions and less on lead hunting.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Prepare regular reports for management.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in license acquisition).

• The pay range is based on the average representative in current markets.
• Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly.
