Position Overview

As an AT&T Retail Sales Representative, you will represent AT&T inside larger retail stores, engaging directly with customers to educate them on products and services, generate interest, and drive new account sales.

This is an in‑person, customer‑facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is excited about performance‑based growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Represent AT&T products and services within partnered retail locations
• Proactively engage customers to build brand awareness
• Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, and promotions
• Generate new sales and hit weekly performance goals
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence in‑store
• Track sales metrics and customer interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
