For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Territory management of a geographical area, executing full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests; familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how Equipment Share can save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions and services.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on Equipment Share products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
