Tadlock Roofing is looking for a hands‑on Sales Team Lead to help drive performance, accountability, and growth across our residential roofing sales team in the Florida Panhandle market.
This is not a desk job. We’re looking for a true player‑coach – someone who leads from the field, coaches reps in real time, and helps elevate the entire team’s performance.
This role supports both the Tallahassee and Pensacola markets, so regular travel between locations is expected.
What You’ll Do- Lead and coach residential roofing sales reps in the field
- Conduct ride‑alongs and hands‑on sales training
- Improve close rates and team performance
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent
- Create accountability around pipeline management and follow‑up
- Support sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
- Monitor KPIs, lead conversion, and revenue performance
- Assist with customer escalations and complex deals
- Help build a strong, competitive sales culture
- 3+ years leading or mentoring sales teams
- Experience in roofing, remodeling, home services, or similar industries
- Strong in‑home sales experience
- Proven track record hitting sales goals
- Comfortable traveling between Tallahassee & Pensacola
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Roofing or exterior remodeling experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- $90,000 - $100,000 Base Salary
