Job Description

Respond to Internet customers’ inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet sales.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to Internet customers’ inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet sales.
  • Generate appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
  • Respond to email inquiries in an expeditious, professional, well-spoken manner.
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection.
  • Be consistent daily in all follow up via phone, text and email.
  • Stay in contact with consultants through cooperative actions and connect customers proactively.

  • Superior communication and customer service skills are required.
