In-Home Sales & Tech Support; Part Time

Position Overview

In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time) – local field role requiring daily travel to customer residences. Pay: $22.05 hourly plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commission.

Part‑time role with afternoon and evening availability.

• Standard schedule: 4:05PM–9:00PM, 5days a week.
• Flexible option: 25 hours across at least 4 days, including a weekend day. Shifts between 12:05PM and 9:00PM.

• Serve: meet customers in‑home, provide exceptional customer service, and surpass sales targets.
• Solve: resolve customers’ tech issues and provide clear, understandable solutions.
• Sell: offer tailored product solutions, use negotiation and communication skills to secure sales.
• Remain flexible and available to adapt to changing customer needs and business demands.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Maximum expected travel distance is 120 miles one‑way.
• Personal cellphone for communication while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented and persuasive communication skills.

• Naturally outgoing and thrives in person‑to‑person interaction.
