Job Summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full‑time, experienced House calls Community Liaison for our Pensacola, FL area. This role involves engaging with the community to promote our services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets.
  • Visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
  • Analyze the company’s organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
  • Analyze past and current marketing data.
  • Complete an analysis of the company’s product line.
  • Analyze patient and company relationships.
  • Develop sales and marketing objectives and sales projections.
  • Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and setting a reasonable timetable.
  • Implement the marketing plan while staying within the established timetable.
  • Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on a regular basis.
  • Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
  • Assist office staff as needed with updates and other tasks.
  • Provide community outreach and education.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies and professionals.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
Compensation

Base salary of $50,000 - $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
