Salary Range: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 Base+Commission/month

• Search online marketplaces and other sources daily to identify potential vehicle purchase opportunities
• Travel locally throughout the day to locate, evaluate, and assist with the pickup of vehicles for acquisition, including roadside sale vehicles, private-party purchases, and other off-site buying opportunities
• Contact private sellers via phone, text, email, and messaging platforms to gather vehicle information and negotiate appointments
• Build rapport with sellers and provide a professional, customer-focused experience
• Schedule appointments for vehicle appraisals and acquisitions
• Collect and organize vehicle details including VINs, mileage, condition, photos, and ownership information
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication throughout the acquisition process
• Assist with tracking acquisition activity and maintaining accurate records in dealership systems
• Stay informed on market trends and vehicle values
• Work closely with the Vehicle Buyer and management team to support inventory goals
• Support additional dealership or department duties as needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating through text and social media platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive terminology preferred, but not required
• Experience in sales, customer service, call center, or automotive environments is a plus
• Proficient with computers, internet research, and mobile apps
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug screen and background / MVR screen
