I am working with a California-based global medical device company dedicated to improving patients’ lives through innovative therapies for the interventional treatment of vascular disease.
This company is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager, EVAR/AAA to promote, sell, and service the company’s products directly to Clients within the Panhandle region. Combining deep expertise in aortic devices and EVAR procedures with strategic account leadership, this role empowers you to deliver meaningful value to physicians, care teams, and the patients they serve.
Education- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 8+ years of sales experience in a hospital environment; preferably selling into minimally invasive cardiovascular market, EVAR/TEVAR, TAVR, peripheral or surgical related products.
- Strong, proven medical device sales/clinical track record with documented growth and achievements.
- Ability to educate and influence physicians and clinical staff through a consultative, value-based selling approach that drives product adoption and long‑term engagement.
- Communicate the economic impact and value of the procedure to administrative, operational, and clinical stakeholders.
- Skilled in building relationships across multiple levels within hospital systems, expanding product awareness, and facilitating physician-to-physician knowledge sharing to drive regional adoption.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic territory management and customer engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, clinical, and regulatory teams to align strategies and optimize customer impact.
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic clinical environments and evolving customer needs.
- Utilize a clinical sales approach to educate physicians and staff around vascular therapies and gain commitment to using company products.
- Possess superior clinical knowledge of the product, its clinical application, indications, contraindications, implant techniques and procedural troubleshooting.
- Successfully lead and manage new product introductions through an account’s Value Analysis process (VAC).
- Connect physicians in different markets to increase awareness and understanding of currently available data and techniques to treat patients in the most effective way.
