Position: Oncology Sales Representative (1099) – Florida Panhandle

Chemo Mouthpiece, LLC is a leading oncology supportive care company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. Founded by a cancer survivor, the company’s mission is to bring patient-driven innovation to the forefront of supportive oncology care. The Chemo Mouthpiece® oral cryotherapy device is the company’s flagship product, designed to help reduce the incidence and severity of oral mucositis, one of the most common and painful side effects of chemotherapy, impacting up to 80% of patients depending on cancer type.

The Chemo Mouthpiece is FDA 510(k) cleared and available in the U.S.

Role Description

This is a part-time Independent Oncology Territory Representative (1099) opportunity serving the Florida Panhandle. The representative will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying and building relationships with oncology healthcare providers, hospitals, and cancer centers throughout the Florida Panhandle to drive product adoption.

Responsibilities include developing and executing effective business plans, managing Florida Panhandle area accounts, identifying and attending local oncology events, conducting product demonstrations, providing exceptional customer support, and staying informed about oncology trends and treatment protocols. The role requires active engagement with the Florida Panhandle oncology community to expand awareness and utilization of the Chemo Mouthpiece device in this region.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced oncology, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales professional who values flexibility and autonomy. Individuals with established oncology relationships who are seeking a part-time consulting or independent contractor role may find this position particularly attractive.

Qualifications
  • Existing relationships within the Florida Panhandle oncology community strongly preferred
  • Experience in oncology, supportive care, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales
  • Proficiency in account management and developing strong customer relationships
  • Strong skills in business planning and executing market strategies
  • Knowledge of oncology treatments and the ability to educate healthcare professionals on product benefits
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus
