The salary range for this role is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors coach customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals while ensuring 100% satisfaction. Advisors build relationships over the phone and face‑to‑face to help customers move toward ownership.

Strong interpersonal skills; empathy, active listening, ability to explain complex topics simply, and manage difficult conversations. Excellent multitasking, organization, negotiation and persuasion are required.

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store computer system, documenting all payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements via home visits and phone calls.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and daily route sheets.
• Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle and operate it safely.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.

• United States applicants must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver’s license and meet the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR. Canadian applicants must be at least 18.
• Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states.
• Availability to work a schedule varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
• Two years of retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proper telephone etiquette.

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Proficient computer skills.
