This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business:
    Prospect, network, and hunt for new commercial opportunities in the Pensacola area.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Conduct on‑site security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend tailored solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Monitoring, and Intrusion Detection).
  • Relationship Management:
    Build long‑term partnerships with local business owners, property managers, and general contractors.
  • Proposal Excellence:
    Design professional bids and present technical solutions to decision‑makers.
  • Market Growth:
    Stay active in local chambers of commerce and networking groups to represent the Preventia brand.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    2+ years of outside sales experience. Experience in large commercial electronic security preferred. Relevant experience with same type properties considered.
  • Local Knowledge:
    Deep familiarity with the Pensacola/Panhandle business landscape.
  • The “Hunter” Mentality:
    You aren’t afraid of cold calling or door‑knocking to build your pipeline.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Ability to learn and explain security hardware and cloud‑based software platforms.
  • Values:
    Professionalism, integrity, and a “customer‑first” attitude.

    • Total compensation includes a base salary of $55,000‑$75,000 plus commissions, with on‑target earnings (OTE) of $125,000‑$150,000+.
