Retrēv Legal is a litigation support company serving law firms nationwide. We provide record retrieval, digital discovery, claimant support, and record review services that help legal teams manage case information more efficiently.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support outreach, lead generation, follow-up, and pipeline organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, coachable, organized, and interested in building a career in sales or business development.

• Research prospective law firms and business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and Linked In.
• Follow up with prospects and help schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up tasks.
• Assist with prospect research, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-up.
• Learn and clearly communicate Retrēv’s services.
• Support pipeline tracking and basic sales reporting.
• Participate in sales training and coaching.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, administrative support, legal support, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new contacts by phone and email.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Professional, positive, reliable, and coachable.
• Comfortable learning CRM systems and new software.
• Experience with outbound outreach, appointment setting, CRM systems, legal services, or inside sales is preferred but not required.
