Laboratory Analyst ; Part-time - Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast - Pensacola, FL

Job Overview

Location:

Pensacola, FL, USA – Part‑time (28–30 hours per week).

Work hours:

Sunday 10:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday‑Wednesday 9:00 am–6:00 pm.

• Prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard techniques.
• Perform routine laboratory tasks (sample prep, chemical analysis, data calculation, recording, reporting).
• Maintain instruments and work area, including routine instrument maintenance and housekeeping.
• Adhere to GMP/GLP, EHS, QA , and company SOPs.
• Work closely under supervision while following routine methods.
• Support general laboratory duties and additional assignments as needed.

• Ability to use calculator/mathematical formulas and concepts.
• Complete work within time and quality constraints.
• Work independently using written or verbal instructions.
• Cooperate and coordinate orally and in writing.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn protocols in one or more: organic preparation, metals preparation and analysis, gas chromatography, gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, radio chemistry, wet chemistry, high‑resolution preparation and analysis, low‑resolution preparation and analysis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 1 year of college chemistry coursework.
• Laboratory experience is a plus.
• Experience in production‑oriented work desirable.

• Indefinite authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
