• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe activities and behaviors within the location and report any unusual findings according to established protocols.
• Document security‑related incidents and interact with site personnel, visitors, and/or contractors as necessary.

• At least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age (

  18+ is for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
