Duties
You will provide supervision, direction, and management of daily operations to include, but not limited to assigned transactional work such as gains and losses, military pay, separations, retirements, retentions, etc.
You will make decisions on technical and personnel problems, recommend performance awards, assign work based on priorities, and develop performance plans.
You will monitor organizational workload and productivity and make adjustments to meet departmental objectives.
You will prepare correspondence concerning any personnel actions to include those of a sensitive or technical nature for review and approval by higher authority.
