Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, and communicate with school personnel and/or first responders when needed;
Support a positive learning environment by observing and documenting security-related issues, providing directions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and respect
