Will Scot Corporation - - - Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and other modular building repair tasks;
Complete check-in/out inspections and determine repair scope for invoicing;
Maintain inventory levels of tools/parts and perform HVAC checks per guidelines;
Explain repairs and services to customers and ensure trailers are ready for delivery dates;
Complete appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and service calls
