We're seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor with a strong background in residential HVAC installation to provide technical leadership and oversight for our install teams. While this role may support the HVAC service department as needed,
installation quality, training, and execution are the top priority
.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled installer who can lead by example, solve complex technical issues, and train technicians to consistently deliver high-quality installs.
What You'll Do- Supervise and support residential HVAC installation teams
- Provide hands‑on technical guidance for installs, including duct layout and system configuration
- Review, assist with, and troubleshoot ductwork design and airflow issues
- Train and mentor install technicians on best practices, safety, and quality standards
- Perform ride‑alongs, field audits, and jobsite inspections
- Support quality control efforts to reduce callbacks and rework
- Ensure installs meet all mechanical, safety, and code requirements
- Partner with operations, dispatch, and management for job readiness
- Assist with HVAC service team supervision or technical support as needed
- Strong residential HVAC installation experience (required)
- Advanced mechanical HVAC knowledge, including ductwork and airflow
- Experience training, coaching, or supervising HVAC technicians
- Ability to lead from the field and set technical standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Clear communication and organizational skills
- Comfort using field service software and basic computer tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- Residential HVAC experience
