What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist in fire, water, and mold damage cleanup and restoration.
  • Operate extraction, drying, and cleaning equipment.
  • Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning.
  • Tear‑out and removal of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.).
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver top-quality service.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and clients.
  • Respond to emergency calls with opportunity to earn extra pay. (Some after‑hours work may be required).
Compensation
  • $15–$20/hour starting base pay, based on experience.
  • Opportunities for additional compensation and advancement into leadership, project management, or specialized technician roles.
  • Additional compensation also available for on‑call and after‑hours work.
We’re Looking For
  • Honest, reliable, and team‑oriented individuals.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs regularly.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/night shifts.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • No felony convictions.
  • Restoration experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
