HVAC Installers​/Technicians in Pensacola

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician / Installer with proven experience in residential and/or commercial systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, split systems, package units, and mini-splits
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently
• Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• EPA Certification
• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Experience with both residential and light commercial systems
• NATE certification (a plus)
• Basic electrical and troubleshooting skills
