Ocean State Job Lot is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Timberlake community in Pensacola, Florida. This temporary position involves performing general grounds maintenance and basic repairs for 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include ensuring homes and community areas are well-maintained, executing work orders, and maintaining community grounds. Candidates should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
