Maintenance Service Technician

A local company in Pensacola, Florida is looking for a reliable Maintenance Service Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for steady, full-time work with a company that has maintenance mechanic experience to maintain buildings.

• Replace air filters; clean HVAC areas
• Perform interior/exterior building repairs
• Install/maintain drywall, flooring, siding, appliances
• Assist with mechanical, heating, and ventilation systems
• Perform carpentry (framing, building structures)
• Complete daily logs, work orders, and preventative maintenance tasks

• Carpentry & building maintenance experience
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to use hand/power tools
• Ability to read blueprints/specs
• Valid driver’s license &
  clean driving record
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• For this position, you will be paid $20 per hour
• Monday-Friday 7:00 am-4:00 pm
