Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full‑time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production‑based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. You build client relationships by searching residences to assess problems and identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts customers at ease as you devise and describe personalized solutions.

Each day is an opportunity to demonstrate professionalism and drive for excellence. You collect service payments from customers, answer questions, and keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams
• Work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.
