Construction Manager/ Foreman, Installation Technician
Role Overview
We are looking to hire a Sheet Metal Foreman to join our self‑perform team for ongoing work in Pensacola, FL and the surrounding areas. All work is to be performed on the military base and is paid the required Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage, specific to the NAS Pensacola military base.
ResponsibilitiesOur Sheet Metal Foreman will be responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned sheet‑metal crews. This includes ensuring the crew’s work is completed to quality standards and project requirements and deadlines. The crew fabricates and installs ductwork, air distribution, and HVAC equipment on an active construction site, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety practices.
Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D. (minimum education)
- Courses in HVAC Technologies, construction management, or engineering technology preferred.
- Two or more years in a Sheet Metal Foreman capacity.
- Three or more years (or equivalent) of field or trade work experience as a journey‑level sheet metal worker in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
- Computer literacy.
- CPR/First Aid & OSHA‑30 Certifications.
- EM‑385 & STS required. Training can be provided.
