Willow Bridge Property Company in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and perform repairs across the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical, with installation of new appliances as needed. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma.
HVAC certification and EPA Type I & II are preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
