About Us

ST Engineering Aerospace is located in Pensacola, FL, at the Pensacola International Airport. We are a renowned provider of aircraft maintenance and modification (AMM) services for commercial airlines and air freight operators. We provide a full spectrum of high‑quality, reliable, and timely AMM and engineering solutions, managing complex projects to keep our customers’ aircraft operating safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do

Responsible for electrical maintenance and repair on commercial aircraft types.

In This Role You Will
  • Install / modify various aircraft electrical systems with special tooling and ground support equipment, following oral and written instructions such as supervisor directives and manuals to complete all routine and non‑routine assignments in a timely manner
  • Maintain and store tools in a serviceable condition
  • Adhere to safe maintenance practices and keep a clean work area
  • Perform basic operational checks
  • Be familiar with blueprint use, wiring diagrams, schematics, EOs and EAs
  • Ensure proper bonding and grounding
Job Specifications

Proficient working knowledge of the following skills and the ability to learn skills among various narrow and wide‑body commercial aircraft:

  • Ordering parts and materials from IPC and other sources
  • Inspection Procedure Manual and documentation procedures
  • Research to resolve difficult tasks with limited information and supervision
  • Proficient knowledge of all aircraft manuals and related materials
  • ATA codes, wiring schematics, analysis charts, and maintenance procedures
  • Applicable FARs and company policies and procedures
  • Interpretation of paperwork procedures including job cards, time cards, routine/non‑routine cards, SRMs, service bulletins, A.D.s, E.O.s, and work sign‑off procedures
Interpersonal Environment

A moderate level of interpersonal skills is required to maintain an effective relationship with various departments, co‑workers, and supervisors.

Physical Environment

Tasks will be performed in a physical environment that requires careful handling of aircraft components and use of specialized tools and equipment.
