Role Description

The Plumbing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado. This position oversees daily plumbing operations on multi-family job sites, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work complies with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. The role includes reviewing plans and MEP drawings, coordinating with general contractors and site managers, and troubleshooting complex plumbing issues. The Plumbing Supervisor provides guidance and training to plumbing crews, helps maintain tools and materials inventory, and supports quality control inspections.

The role also involves addressing customer concerns, supporting customer service efforts, and contributing to project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance oversight
  • Hands-on experience with plumbing systems in multi-family or commercial environments
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and ability to read construction plans
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction with solid customer service and communication skills
  • Understanding of relevant plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines on active job sites
  • Experience supervising field crews and coordinating with contractors or project managers
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in plumbing is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site across various locations in the Colorado area
