• Complete our award‑winning, company‑paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs, then recommending the most efficient and innovative solution.
• Prepare and install home or business services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
• Interact with customers in their home or business by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation using your hand‑held device for speed and accuracy.

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers in their businesses and/or homes.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions.
