This role is designed to redefine the service experience for Tiara owners through speed, technical expertise, collaboration, and exceptional customer experience.
This individual will operate in a player/coach capacity—working directly alongside dealer technicians to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, elevate technical capability, and ensure Tiara owners receive best-in-class support. While the dealer remains the primary point of contact for the customer, this role is critical in enabling faster resolutions, reducing escalations, and strengthening the overall service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the diagnosis and resolution of advanced technical issues across Tiara products
- Focus on high-complexity repairs and troubleshooting requiring elevated technical support
- Support rapid-response service expectations, including urgent and time-sensitive issues
- Work alongside dealer technicians during service interactions to promote hands-on learning and knowledge transfer
- Reinforce best practices across mechanical, electrical, electronics, and onboard vessel systems
- Support certification development and ongoing technical education related to Tiara products
- Assist with pre-delivery inspections (PDI), particularly for larger and more complex models
- Ensure vessels meet Tiara quality and performance standards prior to customer delivery
- Partner closely with Tiara's Holland-based teams to identify root causes and drive issue resolution
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of marine service experience
- Strong diagnostic capabilities across mechanical, electrical, and marine systems
- Experience with, or willingness to obtain, certifications in key systems such as Mercury V12, Seakeeper, Garmin, generators, HVAC, and related technologies
- Proven ability to work hands-on while training and mentoring others
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative environment
