Inspect, repair, maintain and install commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment and associated components, at a Journeyman’s level of competency;
Read blueprints and schematics to perform work;
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on real property facilities and equipment, including replacement;
Handle refrigerants and work with natural/propane gas, basic pipe-fitting, soldering/brazing;
Operate and service components such as chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, DX systems, boilers, pumps, motors, and related controls
