You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot air separation plants at customer sites while serving as the primary technician for assigned locations with minimal supervision. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of compressors, gas analyzers, electrical control systems, and pneumatic control valves. Diagnose and resolve equipment, process, and plant performance issues to maintain reliability and improve efficiency.

Further, you will manage daily operations and maintenance activities, including scheduling, documentation, and administrative requirements. Coordinate contractors and internal/external resources to support plant operations, maintenance activities, and audits. You will build strong customer relationships by providing technical support and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. And you will support continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance on operational and maintenance projects.

Travel to assigned customer sites and participate in an on-call rotation, remaining available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as needed. You must carry a company cell phone and laptop to ensure immediate responsiveness and uninterrupted plant operations and customer support.

You have two to five (2–5) years of operations, maintenance, or industrial plant experience required. Experience in air separation plants or other complex process control environments is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with instrumentation and control systems, including troubleshooting and calibration. You have a background in industrial mechanical and/or electrical maintenance. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting compressors and other industrial equipment. HVAC experience is considered a strong plus.

Military engineering experience is highly valued, including roles such as Machinist Mate, Electrician Mate, Gas Turbine Technician, Boiler Technician, Turret Mechanic, or similar technical specialties. Comfortable performing both field work and administrative/computer-based duties. Ability to safely work in an industrial environment, including walking on uneven surfaces, bending, stooping, climbing stairs and ladders, and working at various elevations. You have ability to use hand tools, power tools, and perform fine motor tasks such as instrumentation calibration.

Capable of lifting 5–15 lbs. daily, 15–45 lbs. intermittently, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, FIX
32/HMI systems, process control systems, maintenance management systems, and compliance documentation.
