Maintenance Technician

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our convenience stores and fuel locations. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, food service equipment, and fuel-related assets to keep stores safe, reliable, and clean. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, responding to work orders and emergencies, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on store equipment, building systems, and fuel-related assets.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and emergency calls to minimize downtime and safety risks.
• Inspect facilities for repair needs, safety issues, and cleanliness standards, documenting findings.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues and coordinate vendors when needed.
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate maintenance records in work order systems.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including fuel and refrigeration standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to schedule work with minimal impact on customers and operations.
• Support store openings, remodels, and equipment installations or upgrades as assigned.
