Window Treatment Installer
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Window Treatment Installer to install interior shutters in primarily residential homes. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as business expands. The ideal candidate will have construction or installation experience, be comfortable using hand and power tools, and enjoy working directly with customers. Training will be provided, with the lead installer accompanying new hires until they are confident working independently.
• Install interior shutters in residential homes with precision and attention to detail
• Load materials and supplies before traveling to scheduled job sites
• Read and use a tape measure and level to ensure accurate installations
• Safely operate hand and power tools during installations
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while in clients' homes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at each job site
• Travel to job sites within approximately a 1–1.5 hour radius of Pensacola
• Previous installation experience preferred; construction experience accepted
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use a level is required
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation required; truck preferred (trailer is a plus)
• Personal tools (tape measure, level, drill, impact driver, screwdriver, and 4-step ladder) are preferred but can be provided if needed
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
Location:
Pensacola, FL (travel throughout the surrounding area)
Position Type:
Part-Time with opportunity to become Full-Time
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience
Schedule:
2–3 days per week to start, with 3–5 installations scheduled per day. Typical workday ranges from 6:30am–5:00pm depending on job locations and installation times.
