Position: Warehouse Assistant (Backup Delivery Driver)

Location: Pensacola, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime or weekend coverage)

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Assistant who can also serve as a Delivery Driver when needed. This role supports daily warehouse operations and steps in for deliveries if a driver calls out or when demand increases. The position requires someone safety‑focused, hardworking, and physically capable of handling warehouse and delivery tasks.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders accurately
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material‑handling equipment (training provided)

• Deliver parts/materials to customers in a company vehicle
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures
• Maintain delivery logs and documentation
  
  Provide courteous and professional customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds with no medical lifting restrictions
• Must pass:
  • Background check
  • Drug test
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • DOT physical (company provided if required)
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (inventory experience a plus)
• Prior warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

• $17/hr starting pay
