Delivery Driver

Job Description

We’re hiring a Delivery Driver who enjoys being on the road, interacting with customers, and contributing to a team-focused environment. This role is essential to delivering Southern Carlson’s high level of service while supporting daily warehouse operations.

• Safely operate a flatbed or delivery van vehicle
• Deliver tools, fasteners, and materials to jobsites, warehouses, and residential customers
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery location
• Assist with warehouse duties including picking, staging, receiving, stocking, and loading
• Report vehicle, delivery, or route issues promptly
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Security clearance to make deliveries on naval bases
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Strong communication skills and customer‑first mindset
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of delivery experience preferred, especially in construction or industrial settings
