Pensacola, Florida-based position of Equipment & Supply Worker offers a seasonal, temporary opportunity with a flexible schedule during election cycles. This on-site role involves preparing supplies, operating equipment, and assisting with polling location logistics.

• Prepare supplies by counting, filling envelopes, writing serial numbers, completing forms, and working with hand tools.
• Assist with loading and unloading machines at poll locations.
• Test equipment by following written instructions and utilizing computer skills.
• Package and label supplies accurately.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand dollies to move materials.
• Follow safety and procedural guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed, with some early mornings and late evenings.
• Maintain reliable transportation and adhere to dress code requirements, including long pants and collared shirts when in the field.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Capable of using a mobile phone for text communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in counting and filing.
• Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working safely with equipment.
• Computer literate with strong reading and writing skills.
• Flexible to work in both high- and low-paced environments.
• Willing to work some overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Safe and reliable transportation is required; mileage will be reimbursed at the federal rate when using a personal vehicle.

• Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  , with some weekends and longer days during election periods. Seasonal temporary position with flexible hours during election cycle and standard hours outside of election periods.
• 7/06 through 11/20
