Your Driving Week
Established customer freight and repeat operating areas give drivers greater route familiarity while supporting consistent miles throughout the month. Loads include both general dry van and refrigerated freight.

Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles each week. Freight volume and route assignments may vary, but the established network helps provide dependable hauling opportunities throughout the year.
Equipment & Driver Setup
Kenworth T680 tractors are four years old or newer and include automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab fifth-wheel release.
Equipment is assigned based on availability. Driver Support Specialists are available to help with route questions, equipment concerns, and day-to-day needs while drivers are on the road.

Earnings
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,550 per week based on experience, mileage, and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after the first 30 days of employment.

Monthly Time Off
Drivers receive six scheduled days off each month. These days may be taken together or divided throughout the month based on personal needs, freight demand, and route planning.
