Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator (15,000 lb Capacity)

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Full-Time | Day Shift

We are currently seeking a dependable Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator to join our team on a full-time day shift. This position is ideal for someone who has experience safely operating large-capacity forklifts and enjoys working in an outdoor industrial environment.

Monday
- Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am
- Noon

• Safely operate a forklift with lifting capacities up to 15,000 pounds
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials ranging from 20 to 60 feet in length
• Move oversized materials safely throughout the yard and worksite
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Assist with general yard organization and material handling as needed
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience operating heavy-capacity forklifts (15,000 lb or similar preferred)
• Comfortable handling long and oversized materials
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions

• Full-time, day shift schedule
• Starting pay $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
