Job Title: Inventory Specialist / Warehouse Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Specialist / Warehouse Coordinator to support our Fire Protection operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring technicians and project teams have the materials needed to complete jobs efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction and service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for fire sprinkler, alarm, and suppression materials
• Track material usage and coordinate restocking and reorders as needed
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Prepare and stage materials for projects, service calls, and inspections
• Coordinate material pickups and deliveries with technicians and project managers
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
• Maintain inventory records in company software or spreadsheets
• Identify shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies and report accordingly
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics (construction or fire protection industry preferred)
• Familiarity with fire protection materials such as sprinkler pipe, fittings, valves, alarms, or suppression systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management systems preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Work Environment:
