The Role
Lands End Hotel is seeking an experienced and professional Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our 35-bedroom hotel and associated hospitality businesses at one of the UKs most iconic destinations.
Reporting to the General Manager of Land's End wider businesses, you will oversee the Hotel, First & Last Inn, self-catering accommodation, weddings and events, bars and restaurants.
The role will focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high operational standards, developing our people and achieving strong commercial performance.
